AutoShip Program Frequently Asked Questions

Question: What is the AutoShip Program?
AutoShip Program automatically ships all the latest Program Releases (includes CD, Choreography Notes and Video) to you every quarter, as soon as they are available. NO NEED TO REORDER! The AutoShip Program saves you a bundle on each Program Release. Quarterly Releases via the AutoShip Program cost $34.00 each ($34.00 to Canada; plus $22 brokerage, taxes & S/H; all prices in US Dollars based on the current exchange rate), which is a huge savings compared to the regular price of $50 ($50 to Canada; plus $22 brokerage, taxes & S/H; all prices in US Dollars based on the current exchange rate)

Question: How do I enroll?
There are two ways to enroll for the AutoShip Program. You can either enroll online by shopping in the MOSSA Shop or call our Customer Support Department at 800.729.7837 and we will fax you an enrollment form. You cannot enroll for the AutoShip Program over the phone, as enrollment requires written documentation. NOTE: In order to be eligible for the AutoShip Program, you must be a certified MOSSA Instructor who has received assessment results of pass or pass withheld. Instructors are notified of their assessment results via email.

Question: Who is eligible for the AutoShip Program?
In order to be eligible for the AutoShip Program, you must be a certified MOSSA Instructor who is teaching at a licensed facility. You must be certified in the Program that you are ordering. For example, In order to receive Group Power Releases, you must be a certified Group Power Instructor.

Question: When will it start?
AutoShip Release months are March, June, September and December. In order to assure prompt delivery of the next upcoming Program Release, you must enroll at least 30 days prior to the first day of the upcoming Release month. For example, in order to receive the September Release via AutoShip, you must enroll by July 30th. New Releases will be delivered by the 10th of the month.

Question: Do I have to order each Release once I'm enrolled in the AutoShip Program?
Once you've enrolled in the AutoShip Program*, you will automatically receive new Releases as soon as they are available. There is no need to reorder!

Question: How much is the AutoShip discount?
AutoShip subscribers receive the discount on AutoShip Program Releases and previous Program Releases for the MOSSA Program you receive via AutoShip. Savings on Program Releases is based on the $50 regular price (AutoShip price = $34.00). Price to Canada : $34.00 AutoShip / $50 Regular; plus $22 brokerage, taxes & S/H; all prices in US Dollars based on the current exchange rate.

Question: Will I get discounts on older Program Releases?
Yes. AutoShip subscribers receive a discount on previous Releases of the MOSSA Program that they receive via AutoShip. For example, if you are a Group Power and Group Ride Instructor who is only signed up for Group Power AutoShip, your discount applies to Group Power Releases only.

Question: Can I get Releases of other programs even if I'm not certified?
No. In order to enroll in AutoShip for a particular MOSSA Program, you must be a certified MOSSA Instructor for that Program.

Question: How will I get my receipt so I can be reimbursed by my facility?
You will receive a confirmation email every quarter when your AutoShip package is shipped. Please retain this email for your records. You can also contact our Customer Support at info@mossa.net or 800.729.7837, and we will email a receipt to you.

Question: What if I don't want every Release?
AutoShip Program subscribers receive every new Program Release. It is your responsibility to launch every new Release to your facility's members and guests. Your facility has committed to the MOSSA system that ensures each Program is new four times a year. As a MOSSA Instructor, you are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review every new Program Release. New Releases include general and Program-specific educational resources that continually up-skill instructors and maintain the quality and safety of Group Fitness in your facility.

Question: How do I cancel my subscription to the AutoShip Program?
AutoShip subscribers are required to remain on the AutoShip Program for four Releases (one year). After this time, cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to the next Release date. AutoShip subscribers who no longer teach at a licensed facility, due to moving or facility closure are excused from the AutoShip Program. Question: What if I move or change my credit card?
Account changes must be received in writing 30 days prior to the next Release date to assure prompt delivery of future Releases. AutoShip subscribers who no longer teach at a licensed facility, due to moving or facility closure are excused from the AutoShip Program.
